Thank you ...........

THANK YOU
I went to sleep Friday night wrapped in the love of the blogging community overwhelmed and sobbing and woke up, saw my gift and sobbed again. Over a very difficult weekend of 1st's my quilt has given me strength, comforted me and reminded me of all my special friends who care. I feel like you are all beside me hugging me. It is not taking pride of place, it is not on show but is being used and snuggled in instead and looking after me.
THANK YOU

Gorgous colours. My first quilt was always intended for use and after it sat draped over the bannister for a few weeks I did eventually start to use it and sophie's is often lovingly screwed up on her bed or on the sofa. When you get a chance could you take some close ups so that we can see some of the blocks and colours. How long did it take? Just wait, I bet you make another one. I have made three, given away two and I have a fourth waiting to be completed.
Take care xx
