Trying anything!

Back to work yesterday and really struggling, really could think of so many other things I would rather be doing!! The brain is struggling and I have that exhausted sluggish feel so this morning we had a ' Brain boosting' juice for breakfast. Ingredients are apple juice, blueberries, banana, white chia and linseed. Delicious and we will have it again, didnt notice any difference with the brain power ( or lack of) though!!!

Maybe you should throw a sardine and some Saint John's wort in there. I've heard that both are good for the memory.
Ewww, I can't imagine how awful that would taste!

I'm dreading going back to work next week! I love holidays
