Another cake!

Another afternoon tea at work, this time to celebrate an engagement which means another cake! This time a chocolate mud cake with a peppermint cream filling and a chocolate ganache icing, another Yum! I forgot to take a photo this morning, luckily there was some to bring home! I may just have a slice for supper tonight!
