This is the bread I am lucky enough to enjoy most days. SH bakes it, a Wholewheat Sourdough. Of course we often have the junior members of the family requesting store bought white bread!!! It is delicious and keeps and freezes really well. Certainly helping us as we continue to attempt to live a healthier lifestyle!!

I tried a rye sour dough recently........have a bit more to make up but will try it only using the dough setting and rise it as bit more myself.........

Oh, yum, can't beat homemade bread.
Though my daughter's school sells wood-fired organic sourdough bread that comes pretty close.
Next time we visit we'll have to get him to make us some!!
Anytime hubby wants to come and cook bread for me - let him!!! Looks fabulous.
